More power for new functions

To meet customer requirements of HMI solutions Weintek offer the cMT-X series with different technical devices for flexible and efficient client/server architecture.

The models of new cMT-X series (Advanced) were equipped with a more powerful CPU to achieve a significant increase of performance. The new 15'' models cMT3162X and cMT3152X with high resolution displays and capacitive glass front supply a unique HMI solution in industry HMI market. Besides that, the cMT-X Advanced models support web browser function. By using web browser in the HMI project, it is possible to get access to web server and web visualization of different PLC controller.

In addition to the Advanced models Weintek released new cMT-X Standard series: cMT2078X, cMT2108X2, cMT2158X and cMT2166X. These models replace the well-known and approved models of former iE/XE series and so Weintek provide better hardware and functionality of cMT-X series in basis HMI sector too.

The communication gateways cMT-SVR and cMT-G01/02 can be programmed with EasyBuilder Pro like normal HMIs. Due to the support of most of the common communication drivers and protocols they can be connected with many different PLC and controller. To operate it this gateway will be connected with the Smart HMIs cMT-iPC and by using the implemented Weintek tools like cMT-Viewer or EasyLauncher.

To display the operating screens with a big monitor the new communication gateway cMT-FHDX-220 can be used. For a perfect combination with this gateway Weintek offers the touch monitor cMT-iM21 with 21,5'' display size. It will be connected by using HDMI cable for video signal and USB cable to realize the touch functionality. But FHDX can be connected with HDMI cable to common monitors or flat screens without touchscreen too. The handling will be realized by using Mouse or keyboard connected to the gateway by using USB port. Beside that most of Weintek HMI models with display sizes from 7'' up to 15'' support the newest IoT standards like OPC-UA or MQTT. That means Weintek product range is perfectly suitable for Internet 4.0.

For old machines and applications without IoT compatibility Weintek has developed the communication gateways cMT-G03 and cMT-G04. These gateways can be inserted into the existing connection between HMI and PLC like serial connection (cMT-G03) or ethernet connection (cMT-G04). On this way it is possible to get access to the data of the old applications by using MQTT or OPC-UA.
